Trading Psychology
You can know every pattern, every indicator, every fundamental metric. If your head breaks under pressure, none of it matters. The trader with a mediocre system and iron discipline beats the genius who panics every time.
The Four Enemies
- Fear - cutting winners early, not pulling the trigger on valid setups.
- Greed - oversizing, not taking profits, revenge trading.
- Hope - holding losers, moving stops, ignoring the plan.
- FOMO - chasing price into bad entries because you missed the move.
Every blown account traces back to at least one of these. Your job is not to eliminate them - that is impossible - but to build systems that protect you from yourself.
