Affiliate & Advertising Disclosure
Full transparency on how TradeLearn makes money while keeping every guide free to read.
Affiliate links
Some of the outbound links on TradeLearn — typically to brokers, trading platforms or investing apps — are affiliate links. If you click one and open an account or take a qualifying action, we may receive a commission from that provider. This comes at no extra cost to you; you pay exactly the same as if you had gone to the provider directly. Affiliate links are marked with the rel="sponsored" attribute as required by search-engine guidelines.
Editorial independence
Commercial relationships never determine what we publish. We decide which topics to cover, which concepts to explain and how to explain them based on what is genuinely useful to readers — not on which providers pay the most. We will describe the drawbacks and risks of a product even when we have an affiliate relationship with the provider, and we do not publish "reviews" written to push a sign-up.
Advertising
TradeLearn may display advertising, including ads served by third-party networks. These ads are clearly distinguishable from our editorial content. Advertisers do not get to influence or review our articles.
This is education, not advice
TradeLearn is an educational resource. Nothing here is personal financial advice or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any specific investment. For advice tailored to your situation, consult an FCA-authorised financial adviser. See our editorial policy for how we research and write.
Risk warning
Trading and investing carry significant risk. Investments can fall as well as rise and you may get back less than you invested. A high proportion of retail accounts lose money trading leveraged products such as CFDs. Only ever risk money you can afford to lose, and make sure you fully understand any product before using it.
